Call it overkill, but we like systems…because they work. We like to make sure everything runs smoothly and customers are happy. No willy-nilly, guessing or shooting from the hip. This is what makes us one of the premier roofing companies in North Florida. We don’t just think like a roofer we go well beyond and take a holistic building approach.
Inspect and Document
First we find the source of the problem. Then we document with photos. We share these with the customer so they know what the issues are. We diligently search for the problem. Often times the problem isn't even the roof. This is where our extensive construction and building science experience comes in handy.
Evaluate and Design
Next, we measure for materials and design the proper roof repair or replacement. This is a critical part where experience matters. Proper specifications are crucial to the roof system performing properly. We won't just put tar on the roof, call it fixed, collect your check, then not answer the phone during the next storm.
Communicate and Propose
Here we communicate our findings and propose one or more solutions. We offer roof proposals' not roof estimates. We will guarantee our solutions to solve the problem for the proposed price. If it costs more, it's on us. We don't offer warranties, we provide guarantees. If we see you in public, we want to say hello, not hide.
Deliver and Install
Here we have the roofing materials and equipment delivered so that our installers have everything they need to complete the job. We don't want them to leave the job to grab something they don't have....leaving the roof exposed to the elements & delaying the job. Preparation is key.
Quality Assurance
During this portion of the project the roof is in progress so we make sure everything is being installed according to manufacturers specifications and general industry standards. We believe in Quality Assurance. We also meet with the building inspector for the in-progress inspection during this time.
Construction Cleanup
Although we clean throughout the process we take an extra effort upon completion. Here we magnet sweep the yard and clean any additional debris from the shrubbery. We plan to leave your property the way it looked prior to our arrival ....only adding your pretty new roof.
